Leadership Message 

Artificial Intelligence represents one of the most profound shifts in modern business, but technology alone does not create transformation. People do.​ My aspiration is to help organisations adopt AI not as a trend, but as a disciplined, responsible, and human-centred capability. I believe AI should strengthen judgement, enhance creativity, and amplify human potential - not replace it.​

Throughout my career across global markets and enterprise environments, I have seen that sustainable transformation requires three elements: strategic clarity, technological depth, and cultural readiness. Without all three, AI remains experimentation. With them, it becomes impact.​ 

At Pearlia.ai, our goal is to guide leaders through that journey - from awareness and literacy to strategy, development, and measurable value creation - always grounded in governance and ethical responsibility.​ In parallel, my work in design reminds me that intelligence is not only algorithmic; it is also emotional, aesthetic, and human. The future belongs to organisations that integrate both.​

AI Strategy & Transformation Leader | Bridging AI Enablement and Human-Centred Design​

Kerim Pal. brings 28 years of global leadership experience across telecommunications, enterprise transformation, and digital delivery, having held 15 roles in 8 countries and worked across more than 50 markets worldwide.​

In recent years, his focus has centred on AI-driven transformation — helping organisations move from experimentation to structured, measurable operational impact. As an AI Strategy & Implementation Leader with over 7 years in AI/ML product leadership, Kerim defines AI roadmaps, selects enabling technologies, and embeds responsible automation across enterprise and public-sector environments.​

Through Pearlia.ai, he advises executives and delivers AI transformation and enablement programmes that combine strategy, governance, development, and adoption. Previously at Nokia, Kerim led global AI platforms in predictive analytics, digital twins, optimisation engines, and automation systems — contributing to solutions delivering over €200M in value. He is also a patent holder in predictive AI and multiple global awards winner.​

Alongside Pearlia.ai, Kerim is Co-founder & Managing Director of designmixer.london, leading the UK presence of an international bespoke wallpaper and wall-mural studio based at Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour. This creative dimension reflects his belief that technology and design must coexist, that intelligence is both analytical and human.​
